The Senior Implementation Manager plays a critical role in supporting the onboarding of new strategic customers, park groups, and high revenue accounts onto our software platform.  The role involves elements of project management, technical support, cross team collaboration with the Strategic Account Managers, as well as training. In addition to supporting the initial setup of new customers, the Senior Implementation Manager will also support major setup changes and overhauls. The Senior Implementation Manager must have strong communication skills, attention to detail, be self-motivated and driven to keep deadlines and help hold others accountable.  Ideal candidates would have experience in the Campspot Implementation Manager Role. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all park setup, rule creation, account builds, and onboarding for assigned parks.
  • Conduct pre-live training sessions for assigned parks.
  • Complete financial mapping and setup for assigned parks.
  • Utilize Hubspot and Rocketlane to ensure data accuracy and process adherence.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our strategic and top onboarding customers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business, goals, and challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Address any initial inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support, including bi-weekly check-ins with Strategic Account Managers.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve the customer experience and ensure success upon park go live. Use critical thinking, product knowledge, and industry expertise to create a consultative experience and guide parks into more strategic decision making. 
  • Act as a resource and leader to the team to drive process improvements and knowledge share/transfer. Train implementation team members and others on processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Fill in gaps for the team as needed to help accelerate the onboarding timeline for parks in active onboarding. 
  • Serve as backup to Manager, Implementation to assist parks and team members as needed, including assignment of parks, and verification of payment credentials.
  • Monitor Campspot set up email and ensure emails are correctly routed and responded to.
Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Campspot Implementation Manager.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention and obsession for detail and accuracy.
  • Proven track record of handling high revenue and multi-park group onboarding.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Understands how excel is used with Campspot for data imports and can independently execute their own imports. 
  • Proficient in Rocketlane. Proven track record of using Rocketlane for all onboarding project management. 
  • Proficient in Hubspot. Proven ability to use Hubspot for day to day responsibilities to manage their pipeline effectively. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, simultaneous, and sometimes competing priorities.
  • Proven ability to manage a higher number of parks and higher complexity parks at any given time including peak season. 
  • Flexibility to work some weekday evening hours and adjust schedule based on customer timezones and support required by the team.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Anticipated starting base salary: $65-70k plus eligibility for quarterly bonus up to 25% of salary
