We're looking for an Internal Events Coordinator who can execute our wide range of events—from intimate, invite-only meetups to large-scale, multi-day speaker series—with flawless precision. This role is about more than just logistics; it's about crafting impactful, unforgettable experiences that elevate our brand, captivate our audience, and become a memorable part of our company culture.
This role is remote, based out of North America and will require travel.

What We Need
- 1–3 years in event production, community building, or people ops
- A track record of taking rough ideas and turning them into polished programs

- Ability to manage vendors, budgets, and timelines

- Produce events that showcase a company’s culture and technical leadership
- Balance networking, content, and brand storytelling in a single program
- Design everything from small invite-only dinners to multi-day speaker series
- Measure the impact of events and feed those insights back into strategy
Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
