Our Summer Interns will be paid hourly and work up to 40 hours per week during this program. Interns will act as a part of the service line team learning and engaging each step of the way. You will gain knowledge of commercial industry terms, laws and regulations, processes and market trends, taking your experience and knowledge back to share with your classmates and organizations.

Job Description

•    Assist Broker with various appropriate duties and learn all aspects of brokerage.
•    Generate and distribute communication blasts.
•    Set-up and appropriately utilize client contact distribution lists via email and text.
•    Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference calls, events, as requested.
•    Execute administration activities including gaining initial contact information, quarterly updates to spreadsheets and databases.
•    Ensure prompt and accurate completion of vendor/supplier contracts and supporting certificates of insurance.  Save all to appropriate databases.
•    Utilize, monitor, maintain the work order system and prepare monthly reports for brokers regarding performance and status of existing listings.
•    Maintain property, lease and contract files (hard copy and electronic) and any other files located within the real estate office.
•    Promote and foster positive relationships with tenants and owners and track service calls via work order system.
•    Perform administrative office services support functions and backup Brokerage Coordinator
•    Complete routine/correspondence, data entry, print letters, labels, form letters; format documents; and input data
•    Assist with event and project planning
•    Create printing and binding hard copy packages for tours and presentations
•    Manage the distribution of e-blasts, direct mail and couriers when needed
•    Engage with marketing and other vendors when needed and act as key resource for local operations team regarding marketing.
•    Other duties as assigned.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $20.00 - $20.00
