A day in the life

Prologis’ Investment Services Internship Program offers motivated candidates exposure to key aspects of the underwriting, due diligence, and closing processes for industrial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and fund contributions. Over the course of approximately 16+ weeks, interns gain hands-on learning experiences, on-the-job training, access to formal development opportunities, and the chance to network with real estate professionals across Prologis. This program is designed to provide a strong foundation and prepare participants for the early stages of a career in commercial real estate. Interns who demonstrate exceptional performance during the program may also be considered for future opportunities with Prologis.

We have two internships available. We are looking for candidates to start as early as October 2025. This will be an in-office role (not remote or hybrid) with standard hours required of 8am-5pm (Monday-Friday) in our Denver office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate due diligence activities related to transactions.
  • Analyze and abstract leases, and any property information provided.
  • Engage third party consultants and coordinate site visits.
  • Prepare, distribute, acquire signatures related to estoppels and SNDAs from customers.
  • Set up wires for earnest money and purchase price money.
  • Assist in preparing investment memos summarizing potential acquisition and disposition opportunities for Investment Committee.
  • Provide support to legal and investment officers during the contract negotiation process.
  • Ad hoc analysis, must be comfortable using and creating spreadsheets in Excel.

Building blocks for success

Required:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Customer Service oriented with ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a high volume and fast paced environment, project management skills and detail oriented.
  • Self-Starter and collaborative nature and teammate.
  • Passion for Real Estate!

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Real Estate, Finance preferred.

Hiring Salary of $30/hour.
