MAS Matrix, is a diversified flat-knit apparel manufacturing facility under MAS Holdings. Matrix houses 1000 Stoll flatbed machines offerings athleisure wear, performance wear, essentials and knit components for global brands such as Nike, Decathlon, Gymshark, Lacoste, Victoria's Secret and Stoko. Changing business dynamics prompted Matrix to explore innovative product solutions that go beyond the traditional realm of sweaters, launching its latest product platform, MVTM, a collection of highly functional, versatile, and fashion-forward designs.
Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to support Industrial Engineering activities in the production floor, especially in textile manufacturing processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in time studies, work measurements, and line-balancing activities to improve productivity.
- Support Industrial Engineering activities in the production floor, especially in textile manufacturing processes.
- Collect, compile, and analyze production data using MS Excel and prepare reports.
- Identify process inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen).
- Assist in monitoring production output, capacity utilization, and bottleneck identification.
- Support implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work standards.
- Coordinate with production and planning teams for data accuracy and operational improvements.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Degree in Textile or related engineering background.
- Good communication skills.
