Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and scheduling training programs and development initiatives.
• Support the maintenance of training calendars, attendance records, and training databases.
• Support the administration of the performance appraisal process.
• Follow up with departments to ensure timely completion of performance-related activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Undergraduate student or recent graduate in HR, Business Management, Psychology, or a related field

• Strong interest in Learning & Development and Performance Management

• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team
