About the Role
The Vheda Health Internship Program provides undergraduate students and recent graduates with hands-on experience in an outcomes-driven healthcare organization.
As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will support initiatives that strengthen Vheda Health’s digital presence, communicate our impact, and support business development efforts. This role is ideal for candidates interested in content development, digital strategy, and data-driven marketing within healthcare.
Interns are embedded within core business functions and contribute to real projects that support organizational growth, performance, and client engagement within a structured, project-based program.
What You Will Do
- Assist in developing and updating digital content (presentations, marketing materials, website, and social content as applicable)
- Support creation of messaging that communicates outcomes, engagement, and return on investment
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing and growth strategy
- Help analyze performance metrics and engagement data to inform marketing efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business development, analytics, and leadership
- Support brand consistency and marketing documentation across materials
- Complete a capstone project aligned with marketing or business development objectives and present findings to leadership
Program Structure
- Start Date: Early to mid-June 2026
- Duration: 8–10 weeks
- Schedule: Monday–Friday (part-time)
- Work Model: Remote
Interns participate in:
- Structured onboarding and organizational orientation
- Training on healthcare compliance, HIPAA, and professional expectations
- Skills development workshops and cross-functional learning sessions
- Ongoing mentorship from a supervisor and functional mentor
Basic Qualifications
- Current undergraduate student (rising junior or senior preferred), or recent graduate within the past 12 months
- Pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- Minimum GPA of 2.8
- Demonstrated interest in digital marketing, content creation, or marketing strategy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to commit to the full program duration
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in healthcare, digital health, or value-based care
- Experience with digital content creation, social media, or marketing tools
- Familiarity with PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools
- Exposure to basic marketing analytics or performance tracking
- Interest in translating data and insights into clear, compelling messaging
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Compensation
Internships may be paid or unpaid depending on program structure and academic requirements. Paid roles are compensated in accordance with applicable wage laws.
