Job Title: Intern, Data and Analytics
Department: Membership Services
Reports To: Assistant Executive Director, Membership Services
Summary/objective
Work with the Assistant Executive Director of USA for Membership to develop strategies to help grow this over One-million-member organization. This summer, USA Hockey will launch a focused Analytics and AI technology project likely leveraging the new Microsoft Fabric framework. The intern will work with the leadership team to analyze our current member data to develop key trends for growth along with outlining the most important KPIs for the organization going forward. As the technology gets implemented the intern will work with Power BI to create dashboards, complete statistical analysis and work with the Microsoft AI Co-Bot.

Understanding of underlying data structure and Information
Ability to transform data as needed
Production of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reports
Experience with working with some elements of the Microsoft suite of solutions including Excel, Power BI, AI Copilot
Work closely with Membership teams on their requirements

Working towards a Bachelor's degree in an analytical discipline
Compensation:
· $15.16/hour
Hours: Variable – potentially up to 30 hours a week
Availability:
· Position to begin in June 2026 in Colorado Springs, Colorado office. Potential for travel and on-site/remote responsibilities.
