We’re hiring an Integrations Consultant to join the BEAM TEAM, acting as a technical partner for our clients and making sure their integrations and data migrations are handled seamlessly.
You’ll work closely with our enterprise customers to understand their requirements, get their systems talking to each other, and ensure everything runs on time and flawlessly. You’ll team up with our Customer Success and Professional Services teams, keep our documentation sharp, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to make deployments smooth and valuable.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AT BEAMERY🚀 Dive into complex business challenges and build smart integration solutions with systems like ATSs and HCM platforms.
🚀 Be a key player in customer implementation projects, working with Engagement Managers, Solution Delivery Consultants, Product, and Engineering
🚀 Own your integrations and data migrations from start to finish
🚀 Spot risks early, offer creative workarounds, and keep things moving smoothly
🚀 Troubleshoot technical issues and help customers translate business goals into technical reality
🚀 Share best practices, document what works, and be the go-to integrations expert
🚀 Lead customers through our integration processes, from API deep-dives to mapping exercises and testing
🚀 Stay on top of product updates and be the bridge between Beamery, our partners, and our customers
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
🚀 Proven HR Tech Expertise
You bring hands-on experience with HR technology—gathering requirements, designing scalable solutions, and delivering complex integrations for enterprise customers.
🚀 SuccessFactors Experience (Preferred)
Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a significant advantage and will enable you to hit the ground running.
🚀 Clear, Confident Communication
You translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
🚀 Strong Technical Consulting Skills
You know how to demonstrate real business value to internal and external stakeholders—and you do it with credibility and clarity.

Location: Remote US (Note this role operates in ET time zone)
Salary: $90,000- 115,000 base plus bonus
