Job Description:
HPE is seeking a dynamic and motivated Integration Project Manager who is energized by big challenges and excited to to play a pivotal role in uniting two industry leaders, Juniper Networks and HPE. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of HPE and building the most advanced best‑in‑class Networking business.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in coordinating multiple integration workstreams, ensuring strong alignment across planning, execution, and readiness activities. You’ll help drive progress on workplans and milestones, support roadmap alignment, and contribute to delivering synergy targets for one of HPE’s most important, strategic and high‑impact integration programs.
You will work closely with the Integration Core Team, functional leads, and key business stakeholders, helping create visibility around risks, issues, and dependencies and ensuring they are clearly communicated and well‑managed throughout the lifecycle of the integration.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Juniper Integration, you will collaborate across diverse business and functional areas, supporting integration execution with clarity, organization, and a commitment to operational excellence. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate integration workplans across assigned workstreams, tracking progress and helping identify risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Monitor integration performance against established goals, supporting the process of identifying performance gaps and working with workstream leads to develop corrective actions.
- Support cross-functional teams throughout integration planning and execution activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Contribute insights and analysis to priority integration projects, helping develop clear, practical recommendations.
- Partner with workstream and business leaders to maintain integration project plans and surface opportunities to improve execution or accelerate progress.
- Assist in developing forward-looking integration plans, providing input based on risk assessments, dependencies, and workstream readiness.
- Use Smartsheet and other program tools to maintain structured project plans, dashboards, and alignment across the integration program.
Education and Experience Required:
- Typically 6+ years work experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area.
- Extensive Project Management experience required
- Experience with Smartsheet preferred
- Experience with Transformation and managing workstreams preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
- Very strong project management skills, including coordinating cross-functional initiatives and managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong relationship building and collaboration skills, including partnering with business and functional leaders.
- Extensive working knowledge of research and analytical methods used to assess business issues and integration considerations.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, including comfort with data analysis and interpretation.
- Proficiency with Smartsheet, with the ability to create structured project plans, dashboards, and tracking tools.
- Ability to analyse business problems and help translate insights into actionable next steps.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand how integration activities connect to broader business outcomes.
- Developed leadership skills, including facilitation, conflict resolution, and guiding teams toward aligned objectives.
