As a Integration Procedural Documentation Manager at ICON, you will lead key operational planning, performance management, and process improvement initiatives that support scalable, efficient delivery.
What You Will Do:
Your focus will be on overseeing process improvement and operational excellence delivery, coaching your team, and driving continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading business operations activities such as portfolio analytics, capacity and demand planning, and operational performance reporting.
Driving design and implementation of standardized processes, tools, and governance frameworks that enhance operational efficiency and consistency.
Collaborating with cross-functional leaders to identify bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and implement change initiatives.
Managing preparation of dashboards and KPIs for senior leadership, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Leading or supporting strategic projects and transformation programs that impact multiple functions or regions.
Coaching and developing business operations team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Your Profile:
You will have a strong background in process improvement and operational excellence, with proven management experience and a commitment to quality delivery.
Required qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
Extensive experience in business operations, PMO, or operational excellence roles, ideally within CRO, pharma, or healthcare.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with reporting and BI tools, with ability to interpret and communicate complex data.
Proven track record in process improvement, change management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging with senior leadership.
Demonstrated people leadership experience and ability to manage multiple initiatives in a matrixed environment.
