Description

Fluent Trade Technologies is seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and customer-centric Integration and Implementation Engineer to join our operations team. In this multi-faceted role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements, technical integration, customer education for our major global financial clients.

You will act as the primary technical conduit for our customers: gathering and analyzing their software requirements, routing them to internal teams (R&D, Product Management, QA), and training end-users. The ideal candidate blends solid technical skills with exceptional client-facing abilities and a strong understanding of financial technology, particularly Foreign Exchange (FX) markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Requirements Management: Actively gather, analyze, and translate customer business and technical requirements in a clear way to relevant teams.
  • Internal Routing & Coordination: Process client requests and collaborate closely with R&D, Product Management, QA, and Support teams to delegate tasks effectively.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track the lifecycle of feature requests, custom developments, and bug fixes, ensuring timely delivery and providing regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Client Onboarding: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for new clients throughout the implementation and integration lifecycle.
  • Customer Training & Guidance: Quickly master the Fluent software suite and educate client teams on how to effectively operate, manage, and configure the platform.
  • FX Solutions Deployment: Provide specialized support and configuration guidance for clients implementing FX-related features and trading workflows.
  • System Configuration & Maintenance: Assist customers in achieving requirement Execute, test, and document system configurations and modifications in live production environments.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Maintain knowledge base articles, contribute to implementation best practices, and provide structured client feedback to R&D.







Requirements

3–5+ years of experience in software implementation, technical integration, business analysis, or Tier 1-2 at Bank FX support desk

Understanding of enterprise software implementation lifecycles.Trading experience- a must

Strong domain knowledge of trading systems. Huge advantage for FX systems

Exceptional presentation, training, and interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users; ability to work independently and in team environments.

Excellent written and spoken English skills; proven experience supporting clients within US business hours.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
