Job Description

The Denver District Headquarters of Farmers is currently looking for Insurance Sales Producers! We have the award-winning University of Farmers to help you enhance your skills. There are great benefits to becoming an Insurance Producer

Become an Insurance Producer in Castle Rock, CO and the rest of the metro Denver area, with the 8-time Presidents Club awardee (the highest award given by Farmers Insurance) district of Farmers Insurance Group. Farmers is aggressively growing in the Denver Market and have two different lucrative Entry-Points. We offer career growth within the agency or eventually build your own agency in the future. 

Earn an annual paycheck of $35,000.00 plus uncapped commissions that may go up to $60,000.00 on your first year. 

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Confident, self-starter who works well within a team and independently.
• Must be able to Pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Must be able to possess a Property & Casualty Insurance License

• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Work existing leads, develop new leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs and market appropriate products.
• Establish client relationships and provide exceptional and extraordinary service.
• Ensure that all quotes, procedures and practices are compliant with the Agency and Farmers expectations.
• Work independently and with mentoring/coaching.

  • $35,000.00 Base Salary!
