Established more than two decades ago, our firm is a full-service corporate law practice that has grown to include a team of more than 35 experienced attorneys. We advise and represent a diverse client base that includes both U.S.-based and international companies, investors, and institutions. Our work regularly involves complex corporate and securities matters, including private investment in public equity transactions, secured and unsecured lending arrangements, and a wide range of strategic financing and transactional activities. Our attorneys routinely assist clients with insurance defense and coverage matters, general corporate governance and advisory work, and sophisticated business litigation.

Job duties:
 
Work remote!
 
·        Represent insurance carriers, self-insured entities, and insureds in a wide array of complex matters.
·        Provide strategic counsel and advocacy in litigation, arbitration, mediation and settlement negotiations. 
·        Handle insurance matters across virtually all types of policies.
 
 
Required:
·        TX Bar
·        4+ years of insurance defense experience
