We are hiring an Insurance Customer Service Representative to assist customers with policy questions, claims, and insurance-related inquiries. This is a remote position.
Description:
- Answer customer calls regarding insurance products and claims.
- Process claims and assist with the completion of necessary forms.
- Provide information about coverage options, premium payments, and policy renewals.
- Help customers resolve issues with insurance policies and services.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in insurance or customer service.
- Knowledge of insurance products and policies.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
