In this dynamic instructional design role, you’ll create training experiences that empower teams, elevate operational excellence, and make complex concepts feel intuitive. You’ll have the freedom to blend storytelling, technology, and design best practices—shaping PowerPoint decks, e‑learning modules, videos, and interactive tools that inspire confidence and capability.

How You’ll Make an Impact
Design and develop presentations, e‑learning modules, videos, and supporting materials.
Create storyboards, scripts, and interactive activities aligned with learning objectives.
Write clear, concise content that simplifies complex concepts.
Integrate visuals, animations, and interactive elements to boost engagement.
Ensure accessibility standards and user-friendly digital experiences.
Review and edit materials for accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
Refine training materials based on SME and learner feedback.
Explore new tools and trends to continually enhance learning impact.
Your Background
Minimum 4 years of experience in instructional design or training content development.
Proficiency with e‑learning tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, iSpring, EasyGenerator).
Advanced PowerPoint design and visual storytelling skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
Skilled communicator and collaborative partner.
Preferred: Video editing/graphic design skills (Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite), LMS experience, SCORM/xAPI, and accessibility knowledge.
