The sales department is critical to driving demand and creating strategic partnerships across the industry.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person on-site interview.
Our Training Creation team is seeking a highly motivated Instructional Designer II to support Direct Sales training initiatives. This role partners closely with business and operations stakeholders to design and deliver impactful learning solutions that support new subscriber acquisition and customer retention across Wireless and TV.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop online, instructor-led, and blended learning solutions, including curricula, agendas, learning objectives, activities, and assessments
  • Create engaging, learner-centered experiences grounded in adult learning principles and real-world application
  • Develop, maintain, and update courses using Articulate Storyline, Rise, Google Suite, Adobe InDesign, and other learning tools
  • Write and produce internal communications and instructional content, including emails, guides, and video scripts
  • Manage curriculum tracks end-to-end, from needs analysis and learning strategy through content development, delivery, and effectiveness evaluation
  • Maintain curriculum quality and platform functionality through ongoing content review, optimization, and support of the iConnect platform

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-2 years of instructional design, training, or related experience

Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles with the ability to apply them to real-world training design
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven project management skills to drive initiatives from concept through evaluation
  • Analytical, research-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable, quick learner with the flexibility to perform under pressure and support business needs during non-core hours (nights and weekends)

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
