We are looking for an experienced professional to lead product operations and commercial enablement for our institutional product suite. This role will work closely with Product, Business Development, Sales, Client Services, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Operations teams to support product readiness, client engagement, go-to-market execution, and ongoing operational excellence.
The ideal candidate combines strong product operations discipline with the ability to support institutional client conversations, articulate product value propositions, and partner with BD teams on strategic pitching and solutioning.
Responsibilities
- Lead operational readiness and ongoing support for institutional products, ensuring processes, controls, documentation, and internal coordination are in place.
- Partner with Product and cross-functional stakeholders to support product launches, enhancements, and lifecycle management.
- Work closely with Business Development teams to support institutional client pitches, product positioning, and solution discussions.
- Translate product capabilities into clear client-facing value propositions, pitch materials, FAQs, and enablement content.
- Support institutional sales discussions by explaining workflows, product features, operational considerations, and implementation requirements.
- Coordinate across Product, BD, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Client Services to ensure timely execution and issue resolution.
- Monitor product and operational performance, identify gaps, and drive process improvements to enhance client experience and internal efficiency.
- Maintain internal documentation, operating procedures, training materials, and launch checklists for institutional products.
- Gather client and internal stakeholder feedback to inform product improvements and operational enhancements.
- Track key metrics related to product adoption, client onboarding, operational performance, and service quality.
- Act as a bridge between commercial and product teams to ensure market feedback is reflected in execution priorities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product operations, product enablement, institutional business support, solutions engineering, or related roles in financial services, fintech, or digital assets.
- Strong understanding of institutional clients and their needs across trading, financing, yield, custody, settlement, or related product areas.
- Experience supporting or participating in institutional client pitches, commercial discussions, or solution-based selling.
- Ability to communicate product value propositions clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills with experience working across Product, BD/Sales, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Risk.
- Proven ability to manage product readiness, operational processes, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and execution discipline.
- Familiarity with digital assets, institutional workflows, and operational/control considerations is strongly preferred.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
