About the Role
We’re looking for an Insights Analyst to join our team! As an Insights Analyst, you will provide subject matter expertise related to employee engagement, performance management, employee listening, and other Quantum Workplace offerings. You will work directly with customers, assisting them with survey design, analyzing survey results, designing performance management processes, and advising on recommended actions for change, while also coaching to best practices. The ultimate goal is to help customers design smart things, know where to focus, and find value in the various ways they can use our software. In addition to directly coaching customers, Insights Analysts also focus on finding or improving ways to scale and make service and value to customers more efficient.
You'll partner closely with Customer Success and Implementation teams to deliver a service experience that's both high-quality and scalable — because great insight is only valuable if it actually reaches the people who need it.
What You'll Do
- Advise customers on employee listening and performance management design — survey structure, question writing, and cadence
- Analyze survey results and help customers find the signal in the noise — what the data actually means and where to focus
- Present findings and recommendations to HR leaders and executive audiences with clarity and confidence
- Coach customers on engagement, performance management, employee growth and development, and recognition and rewards best practices, including actions leaders and managers can take inside and outside the platform
- Partner with Customer Success and Implementation Managers to drive value, adoption, and retention
- Build process efficiencies and scalable content that improve service delivery without sacrificing quality
- Contribute to thought leadership in employee engagement, performance management, and employee listening
- Occasional travel may be required (less than 5%)
What You Bring
- 3+ years of applied experience in employee engagement or performance management
- Hands-on experience designing and analyzing survey feedback
- Working knowledge of descriptive statistics
- Curiosity about AI tools and how to use them to work smarter — you don't just follow trends, you experiment with them
- Strong communicator — written, verbal, and in the room with executives
- Able to juggle multiple customers and priorities without dropping anything
- Master's in I-O Psychology, Organizational Development, HR, or a related field
- Experience designing or optimizing service or consulting processes
- A gift for making data trends digestible — and connecting them to what to do next
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
