Handle 20–30 inbound calls daily regarding WordPress website development, edits, and redesign projects. Qualify leads, understand project scope, engage prospective clients, document information in the lead management system, and eventually close sales. The role requires strong organization, communication, analytical ability, inside sales experience, and preferably WordPress knowledge. Work hours are flexible within the company’s Pacific Time operating window.

Job DescriptionWe have up to 20 - 30 inbound calls per day for website development projects, website edits and re-designs. We design, almost exclusively in WordPress.
We need someone experienced in inside sales and WordPress, preferably to:
- Answer the call
- Qualify the lead
- Engage the potential client and understand their scope of work
- Then input the info into our lead management system.
- Hopefully over time, the ideal candidate will be able to close deals for us
We are located in the Pacific Time (PST) zone, although, we receive calls from all over the US from approximately 5am - 5pm PST. We are flexible on work hours and work arrangements -- pay per call, pay per hour, etc.
QualificationsIdeal candidate will be:
- Organized
- Great communicator
- Good analytical skills
- Knowledge of WordPress a plus
- 2-3 years experience in inside sales preferred
