Inside Sales Supervisor
Lead a High-Performing Team and Drive Operational Excellence

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Supervisor to lead a dynamic team that serves as the backbone of our customer experience and project execution. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to mentor and develop team members, improve business processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure exceptional service, operational efficiency, and successful project outcomes. What You'll Do
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Inside Sales professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
- Provide ongoing performance feedback, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
- Support onboarding and training initiatives to help new team members succeed.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and workload distribution to ensure operational effectiveness.
- Set clear expectations and empower employees to deliver exceptional service and results.
Customer & Order Management
- Oversee the end-to-end order process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a seamless customer experience.
- Partner with customers, sales teams, and internal departments to resolve issues and keep projects moving forward.
- Ensure customer requests, special requirements, and order changes are managed proactively.
- Serve as a trusted resource for complex customer situations and order-related challenges.
Estimating & Bid Coordination
- Guide and oversee the bid-entry process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely execution.
- Review estimates, takeoffs, specifications, and supporting documentation before submission.
- Collaborate with Estimating and Design teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain quality standards.
- Help establish best practices and consistency across bidding and estimating processes.
Scheduling & Production Coordination
- Work closely with Sales, Design, Estimating, Purchasing, and Production teams to coordinate schedules and project timelines.
- Monitor lead times, order status, and production requirements to identify and address potential roadblocks.
- Assist in resolving material shortages, scheduling conflicts, and purchase order issues to ensure on-time delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a key liaison between multiple departments, helping improve communication, alignment, and accountability.
- Build strong partnerships across the organization to support customer success and operational efficiency.
- Identify process breakdowns and work collaboratively with leadership to implement effective solutions.
- Escalate critical issues when necessary and help drive resolution.
Quality & Process Improvement
- Champion accuracy, quality control, and continuous improvement throughout the Inside Sales process.
- Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement strategies that improve performance and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and reinforce standards, procedures, and best practices that support scalable growth.
- Use data and operational insights to help reduce errors, improve communication, and enhance overall business results.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in Customer Service
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience within construction, manufacturing, or a related industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across functions
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies

- Hourly pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour, based on experience.
