territory
Inside Sales
Manage incoming new leads and business, sales processes and closing, for
- Small to Medium Businesses (C Type)
- Private Investigators (D Type)
- Renewal clients
Maintain CRM records management (HubSpot)
Attend regular team meetings and training sessions as required
Sales Support
Manage Inbound Form Lead Management
Manage Outbound sales campaigns, as directed
Assist with market research activities (competitive analysis, pricing research)
Assist with marketing campaigns (examples)
- Conferences
- Webinars
- Partner programs
Customer Success
Manage general customer enquiries
Manage and or direct incoming client support calls
Conduct regular account calls / relationship building
Collate customer account data as required
