The Inside Sales Representative will engage healthcare providers to promote electronic payment solutions, build relationships, manage leads, and ensure compliance with standards.
We were tired of hearing that healthcare is broken, so we decided to do something about it. At Nomi Health, we believe the care itself isn’t broken — it’s the business of healthcare that gets in the way. Every year, more than $1 trillion is wasted on paperwork, delays, and middle layers that drive up costs and keep people from the care they need.
We’re rebuilding the system so it works the way it should: clear prices you can trust, faster payments that keep providers focused on patients, and data that helps employers make better decisions. Our work has already touched more than 30 million lives — from local communities in Michigan to some of the largest companies in the country.
Nomi Health is seeking a motivated and relationship driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing Nomi Pay Provider Enrollment team.
In this role, you will engage directly with healthcare providers, physician groups, and hospitals to promote Nomi Pay’s electronic payment solutions, helping providers get paid faster, more efficiently, and with less administrative burden.
This is a high-activity, outbound sales role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by driving adoption and business growth. You will work closely with internal leadership, payer partners, and marketing teams to expand provider enrollment and increase market penetration across the healthcare ecosystem
How you will make an impact
- Drive outbound outreach to healthcare providers through phone, email, and digital engagement channels to promote Nomi Pay solutions.
- Educate physician offices, hospitals, and healthcare organizations on the benefits of electronic payments, including ACH/EFT enrollment and streamlined reimbursement processes.
- Build strong provider relationships while identifying opportunities to increase enrollment and payment adoption.
- Manage and follow up on inbound and outbound leads to drive provider conversion and engagement.
- Partner cross-functionally with leadership, payer partners, and marketing teams to maximize provider growth initiatives.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline updates within internal systems.
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience while ensuring compliance with company standards and privacy policies.
What we are looking for
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, business development, provider relations, or customer engagement.
- Preferred experience within healthcare, healthcare technology, fintech, payments, revenue cycle management, or SaaS environments.
- Proven ability to build relationships, manage objections, and drive customer adoption in a high-volume outreach environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage healthcare professionals confidently.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Experience managing lead follow-up, pipeline activity, or CRM systems is preferred.
- BA/BS preferred but not required.
Nomi Health delivers disruptive healthcare solutions, in partnership with like-minded employers, public sector organizations, advisors (brokers/consultants), and payers/TPAs. We’re a team of 300+ people who show up every day with the same mindset: don’t settle for “that’s just how it is.” Real change happens when you challenge the system, cut through the excuses, and build something better together.
