Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. As an Inside Sales Representative at Clearnetworx, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth by promoting our Fiber Internet services to businesses and residential customers. This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic and motivated individual with a passion for sales and a keen interest in the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify potential customers through various lead sources, including inbound inquiries, outbound cold calls, and referrals.
  • Adhere to short- and long-term lead follow-up schedules with phone calls and emails.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customers' internet connectivity requirements and recommend suitable Fiber Internet solutions.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our Fiber Internet services, overcoming objections, and closing sales deals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaboroate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales campaigns.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge to effectively position [Company Name] as the preferred ISP choice.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven inside sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications or ISP industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
