Inside Sales Representative – Customer Service

Location: Onsite, 5 days a week – Aurora, Colorado
Company: Intermountain Controls & Nichols-Given (A Division of Bray Sales, Inc.)
Compensation: $34.62/hour + Sales Bonus

About the Role

Are you a customer-focused professional who loves solving problems and building lasting relationships?
Intermountain Controls & Nichols-Given, (ICNG), a division of Bray Sales, Inc., is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Aurora, CO.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for customers—helping them identify the right products, providing technical support, and ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations. What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a trusted partner to customers—understanding their needs and recommending the best solutions.
  • Prepare accurate quotes, process orders and returns, and manage shipment tracking to guarantee on-time delivery.
  • Suggest alternative or complementary products to meet specifications, improve efficiency, and enhance value.
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to strengthen relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Educate customers on product features, applications, and technical benefits.
  • Stay current on product lines and industry developments through ongoing training and resources.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve challenges and ensure seamless service.
  • Manage priorities effectively and consistently meet personal and team goals.
  • Represent Bray with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • High school diploma or GED required; additional technical or college education preferred.
  • Technical understanding of industrial manufacturing, valve sizing, or product specification a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive, customer-first mindset and strong problem-solving ability.
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to thrive both independently and in a team environment.

As a federal subcontractor, Bray International Inc., its affiliates, and subsidiaries comply with the Drug-Free Workplace Act and applicable federal law.
