At think-cell, we’re on a mission to revolutionize the way professionals work—making presentation creation smarter, faster, and more efficient. Since our founding in 2002 in Berlin, we've been crafting powerful software that seamlessly integrates with Microsoft Office, helping users easily transform complex data into stunning charts and diagrams.

Driven by innovation and technical excellence, our diverse and dynamic team thrives on creativity and collaboration. We foster an inclusive culture where ideas flourish, and every team member has the opportunity to make a real impact. If you're passionate about shaping the future of productivity software, think-cell is the place for you! 🚀

Position Details:

We’re looking for a high-performing Inside Sales Manager to manage and convert inbound interest from global companies headquartered in North America.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for qualifying demo requests, engaging with trial users, and guiding prospects through a consultative sales process. You’ll run full-cycle deals across a segment of existing think-cell customers who aren’t yet supported by an Account Manager. Your ability to quickly understand use cases, tailor messaging, and close efficiently will directly contribute to our growth.

This is an ideal role for a junior seller ready to own a book of business, close their own deals, and grow within a fast-moving sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and close all inbound leads from trials and demo request
  • Identify upsell opportunities by analyzing user behavior, license growth and product adoption.
  • Convert unmanaged customers into fully managed accounts by demonstrating product value and engaging new stakeholders.
  • Run full sales cycles including the qualification, discovery, value positioning, demos, and pricing negotiations
  • Actively manage pipeline of high potential unmanaged accounts with agility and precision
  • Execute follow-up strategies post-trial to drive conversion and usage growth

 Your profile

  • 1-2+ years of SaaS experience, ideally in inbound sales, SDR or Product Led Group (PLG) motions.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, comfortable running full cycle deals
  • Understanding of common GTM tools (e.g. Salesforce.com, Outreach.io) and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Highly coachable, curious and motivated by impact
  • Organized and detail oriented with strong follow-up discipline
  • Winning attitude with proven achievement of revenue targets
  • Appreciation of our product - willingness to understand think-cell’s product and value is a must (don’t worry, it’s very intuitive); experience with Think-cell is a plus
  • Willingness to work on-site in Denver, minimum of 3 days/week
  • Fluency in English
