Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Manager will work with inside (direct) sales customers/accounts. This role will work directly with the inside sales team members and will be tasked with assisting in communicating, managing, and directing the client’s vision. The Inside Sales Manager will be answering phones, creating estimates, and closing sales while providing excellent customer service.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Respond to incoming leads
· Create estimates and sales orders
· Meet or exceed sales goals
· Be knowledgeable about the product
· Work with Operations Team to assure project deadlines are met
· Facilitates client billing processes
· Responsible for project administration workflow (including status review, phone calls and follow-up)
· Facilitates consistent project and client reporting
· Proactively pursue opportunities for creating new efficiencies within the team and continued improvement of work processes
· Utilizes the following systems: Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft word, excel, Zoho, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
· Multi-task multiple work tasks based on priority while maintaining excellent internal customer support
· Maintain strong client relations to develop and continue repour to maintain and ensure repeat business
Responsible for additional duties and accountabilities that will be assigned as needed.
QualificationsRequired Skills/Abilities:
· MS Office proficiency in World, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
· Strong customer service skills
· Proactive and enthusiastic demeanor
· Attention to detail
· Ability to multi-task
· Excellent communication skills (both verbally and written)
· Strong organizational skills
· Ability to work both autonomously and as a team member
· Ability to meet deadlines
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
· Prolonged periods of standing while attending Trade Shows
· Ability to lift 15 pounds
Compensation:
Salary: $30,000
Commission: 4% on sales of tile, accessories, and painted lines
