As an Inside Sales Representative, you will convert inbound interest into revenue, manage the sales cycle, and refine sales processes in a high-performance team.
About Luma AI
Luma’s mission is to build unified general intelligence that can generate, understand, and operate in the physical world.
We believe that multimodality is critical for intelligence. To go beyond language models and build more aware, capable and useful systems, the next step function change will come from vision. So, we are working on training and scaling up multimodal foundation models for systems that can see and understand, show and explain, and eventually interact with our world to effect change.
Where You Come In
This is a rare opportunity to be a key part of the early go-to-market team at the cutting edge of creative AI. As our Inside Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in converting inbound interest into revenue, propelling Luma's frontier technology into the hands of millions. You'll be a high-energy performer responsible for ensuring our pipeline operates with tenacious speed and efficiency, ultimately helping us define a new category of human-machine interaction.

- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial interest to closed-won, ensuring a seamless and efficient pipeline flow.
- Assist in refining foundational sales processes and playbooks by providing feedback on bottlenecks.
- Execute direct sales strategies for a new category, turning ambiguity into tangible revenue outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to optimize lead generation and product messaging.
- Drive tangible, high-impact results in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment, demonstrating extreme ownership over outcomes.
Who You Are
- 1-3+ years of full-cycle closing experience in a high-velocity sales environment, with a proven track record of exceeding quota.
- A demonstrated "performer" and closer who thrives on converting inbound demand and efficiently closing deals.
- Possess a sales mentality, extreme ownership, and high agency, thriving in ambiguous, fast-paced settings.
- A relentless executor with high energy and a proven ability to drive tangible results.
- Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- A genuine passion for the creative potential of AI and Luma's mission.
- Experience working in the tech industry.
What Sets You Apart (Bonus Points)
- Experience at high-growth, Sales-Led Growth (SLG) startups.
- Background in early-stage AI or creative technology companies.
- Prior experience as a "First Sales Hire" or early Account Executive at a Seed/Series A startup.
- Familiarity with remote closing techniques and tools.
- Passionate about creative execution with an obsession with craft and detail in your sales approach.
The compensation range listed is the OTE range and will be on a 50/50 split plus equity and benefits.
The base pay range for this role is $150,000 – $190,000 per year.
