We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations team. This role is primarily focused on managing quotes, creating purchase orders, processing invoices, and coordinating shipment timelines and customer deliveries. The ideal candidate will have experience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite and will play a key supporting role in ensuring smooth execution of the sales cycle. While this is not a direct sales role, it does involve occasional customer interaction to ensure order accuracy and delivery satisfaction.
What a typical day looks like:
Generate and manage customer quotes based on product configurations and pricing
Create and process purchase orders with accuracy and attention to detail
Manage invoicing workflows and coordinate with finance to ensure timely billing
Track and follow up on shipment timelines, delivery schedules, and logistics updates
Maintain accurate records and data entry using NetSuite
Collaborate with sales, operations, and fulfillment teams to ensure customer requirements are met
Support reporting and forecasting activities related to sales orders and inventory
Assist customers with order status updates and delivery coordination as needed
Provide internal support to the sales team to ensure timely and accurate execution of customer orders Qualifications:
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, or order management
Proficiency with ERP systems; NetSuite experience required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with quoting tools, invoicing processes, and logistics coordination
Background in hardware, IT, or manufacturing industries
Understanding of supply chain and fulfillment processes
Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, and logistics
