Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst with a strong background in data analyst and entry-level experience with machine learning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets to derive actionable insights and utilizing machine learning models to improve business processes. Responsibilities
Make sense of large datasets from various sources
Apply statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems
Develop and implement predictive models to improve decision-making processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights
Create data visualizations and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders
Evaluate model performance and fine-tune algorithms for accuracy and efficiency
Stay updated with the latest machine learning techniques, tools, and technologies
Document processes and adhere to best practices in data management and analysis
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or relevant work experience
3+ year experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong emphasis on storytelling and machine learning
SQL experience is required for this role
Proficiency in programming languages in Python or R
Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Keras, etc.)
Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
A/B Testing skills are a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets
Experience with blending product and business data
