Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT Facilities and Infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with organizational standards, governance, and business objectives.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, scope, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple teams and functions.
  • Coordinate the execution of infrastructure, systems, and workplace technology initiatives to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including business, operations, facilities, security, and technology teams, to drive project delivery.
  • Manage third-party vendors and service providers, including procurement support, contract reviews, solution evaluations, and implementation coordination.
  • Ensure project deliverables, technical documentation, designs, and assessments are reviewed, approved, and compliant with organizational requirements.
  • Facilitate project governance activities, including stakeholder engagement, status reporting, escalation management, and executive communications.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing project management methodologies, processes, and best practices.
  • Lead project meetings, coordinate team activities, track action items, document key decisions, and communicate progress effectively.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver complex initiatives while proactively identifying, mitigating, and managing project risks.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to provide project visibility, performance metrics, insights, and decision-making support using project management and reporting tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management qualification is required.
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries such as healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, financial services, telecommunications, or similar sectors is an advantage.
