1) Informatica MDM Developer
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Informatica MDM Developer with hands-on MDM implementation experience to design, develop, and support Master Data Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Informatica MDM Hub, data modeling, match–merge rules, and end-to-end MDM implementations across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Informatica MDM Hub solutions.
- Participate in end-to-end MDM implementations, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Design and configure MDM data models (Base Object, XREF, Staging tables).
- Develop and configure match and merge rules, survivorship rules, and trust frameworks.
- Implement data quality, standardization, and validation rules.
- Integrate MDM with upstream and downstream systems using Informatica PowerCenter / IDQ / IICS.
- Configure MDM workflows, business rules, and exception handling.
- Perform data loads, delta processing, and reconciliation.
- Provide production support, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and downstream teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM (Hub).
- Proven experience in MDM implementation projects (Customer, Product, Supplier, or Location domains).
- Experience in data modeling and schema design.
- Expertise in match–merge, survivorship, and trust rules.
- Experience with Informatica PowerCenter, IDQ, or IICS.
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of data governance and data quality concepts.
- Experience working in Agile / Waterfall environments.
