Position Overview

K18 Hair is looking for an influencer relations coordinator to join the Consumer Engagement team. The influencer relations coordinator will work with the Consumer Engagement team + cross-functional partners to help the team execute comprehensive programs to support K18 Hair’s overarching strategies.

Reporting to the Manager, Influencer Relations, this role will help grow and engage K18 Hair's influencer and stylist community through thoughtful coordination, communication, and relationship building.

The ideal candidate has an interest in influencer marketing, a strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn the evolving creator landscape. They will assist with creator outreach, gifting, campaign logistics, reporting, and community engagement, while helping maintain influencer and stylist databases, track program performance, and support cross-functional initiatives. This person will play a key role in fostering positive relationships with influencers, stylists, agents, and management teams, ensuring a seamless experience across all brand touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Support the identification and vetting of global creators, stylists, and UGC talent that align with brand objectives, campaign goals, and key product launches.
  • Assist in the execution of influencer marketing programs that support brand goals and reflect emerging industry trends.
  • Coordinate partnership agreements by working closely with talent, agents, legal, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely contract execution.
  • Track, measure, and report on influencer campaign performance, compiling key insights, results, and recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Support the Influencer Relations team in managing campaign timelines, seeding, deliverables, and creator communications to ensure successful program execution.
  • Maintain CreatorIQ and internal creator databases, ensuring accurate record-keeping, organization, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor social and cultural trends to help identify potential creator partnership opportunities and assist with campaign logistics, including briefs, contracts, deliverables, timelines, and payment tracking.
  • Partner with the influencer team to execute global gifting programs and support relationship building efforts that foster brand loyalty and long-term engagement.
  • Manage administrative functions for the influencer team, including purchase orders, invoices, vendor set-up, and payment processing.
  • Support retailer and channel marketing initiatives by coordinating influencer participation in co- branded campaigns, events, and activations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, PR, Social, Creative, Retail, and Education teams to help integrate influencer programs into key brand moments and campaigns.

 

Qualifications

  • B.A. in Communications, Marketing, or similar
  • 1-3 yrs experience in influencer relations, social, community, PR or a similar role
  • Demonstrated interest and passion for influencers and social media community
  • Comfortable with G-Suite
  • Excellent organization, communication, and writing skills
  • Prior experience in beauty and growing + scaling a digital community
  • Ability to work in a remote/home office and ability to travel for offsite events.
  • Ability to think critically and execute tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds

 

Salary Range: up to $38.46/hr (in USD $)

This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience, knowledge and skills, and if the location of the job changes.
