As an Influencer Marketing Director, your mission is to design, lead, and execute impactful social media and content strategies that align with our clients' core business objectives. You will build trust with key partners, manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, and translate deep insights into effective digital strategies tailored to US audiences. Acting as a collaborative guide for the team, you will bring structure, creative oversight, and thoughtful judgment to drive strategic growth and campaign success.

Key responsibilities

  • Campaign & Content Direction: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of social campaigns, ensuring creative direction, content planning, and messaging align with brand objectives.

  • Influencer Program Management: Manage influencer partnerships, from discovery and negotiation to campaign delivery, compliance, and performance tracking.

  • Market & Trend Analysis: Apply knowledge of US consumer behavior, digital media trends, and the creator landscape to craft relevant, high-performing strategy.

  • Execution & Quality Assurance: Maintain a hands-on approach across operational details, content schedules, publishing, and creative reviews to ensure consistent quality.

  • Performance Reporting & Insights: Measure, analyze, and present key campaign metrics to stakeholders, offering data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Issue Resolution & Risk Mitigation: Identify potential campaign risks early, resolving operational challenges with clear communication and sound professional judgment.

  • Team Guidance & Leadership Support: Step in to represent the functional area when needed, mentoring team members and fostering consistent processes across cross-functional workflows.

Skills & experience

  • Demonstrated Experience: Approximately 7–8 years of professional experience in social media and influencer marketing, ideally within agency environments or managing complex multi-market accounts.

  • US Market & Creator Expertise: Solid understanding of US cultural trends, platform developments, and effective strategies within the creator ecosystem.

  • Stakeholder Management: Clear, empathetic, and effective communication skills for presenting strategy and building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

  • Project & Workflow Management: Exceptional organizational skills to balance high-level strategy with daily execution across multiple projects.

  • Analytical & Critical Thinking: Ability to interpret data, measure impact, and adapt social strategies to meet evolving client needs

The SAMY Mindset
Forget the job description for a second. The real question is: are you a Path Finder? Bold enough to challenge what's possible. Collaborative enough to build it together. Driven enough to make it happen.
We don't just hire for roles, we hire for mindset. We look for people who communicate with honesty, collaborate without ego, embrace change with energy, and take real ownership of what they build.
We're not looking for people who think the same, we're looking for people who want to grow with us.
Here's what it actually looks like to belong here:
Be Kind — because respect, trust, and honest feedback make great teams stronger.
Go Beyond — because good is never enough when excellence is the standard.
Craft Together — because the best ideas don't happen in silos.
Enjoy the Journey — because growth lives outside the comfort zone.
Own It — because real impact starts with accountability.
If this feels like your kind of adventure, let's build something together.

Diversity & Inclusion
At SAMY, difference is not something we accommodate, it's what makes us stronger.
With a team made up of 70% women and more than 35 different nationalities, our different backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences challenge our thinking, sharpen our creativity, and push us to build better work, and a better company.
We are committed to creating an inclusive, accessible, and barrier-free environment where everyone feels seen, heard, and empowered to thrive. And if you need support or adjustments along the way, we'll make sure you have what you need to do your best work.
