ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
You’ll provide the hands-on support that keeps RYZE’s gifting and seeding program running smoothly—cross-checking platforms and workstreams, coordinating fulfillment, tracking gifting activity, and helping ensure experiential events and activations come together seamlessly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities will include:
Gifting & Seeding Operations
Cross-check gifting and seeding trackers across platforms (creator CRM, spreadsheets, Slack, shipping tools) to catch discrepancies before they become problems.
Support fulfillment operations: verify shipping addresses, confirm order accuracy, track packages, and flag delays to the team.
Reconcile product inventory against gifting waves to make sure stock on hand matches what's been committed to creators.
Compile and QA weekly gifting and seeding reports before they go out to the team.
Experiential & Event Gifting
Assist with gifting for experiential events and activations — building gift kits, coordinating on-site product needs, and managing day-of inventory.
Creator Records & Communications
Maintain accurate creator records: contact info, posting status, and shipment history.
Support outreach and follow-up communications with gifted creators to keep response and conversion rates high.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, marketing operations, or a related field (internships count).
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Comfortable working across multiple tools and platforms (spreadsheets, CRM, Slack, shipping systems).
Basic spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets/Excel).
Experience with a creator/affiliate platform (AspireIQ or similar).
Experience running or supporting a gifting/seeding program.
Clear, written communication.
