    • Create new strategic growth opportunities for the region via influencers and advocacy, for e.g. events, activations and ambassador programs

  • Regional Management:

    • Oversee regional influencer marketing activities to ensure alignment with the global strategy

    • Manage regional influencer roles and coordinate efforts to maximise local impact

  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:

    • Provide regular reporting and analysis at a regional level on campaign outcomes and KPIs and use this to inform future strategy

  • Program Operations

    • Understand and implement the operational side of influencer deals, including payments, compliance, tool management and forecasting

Qualifications

  • A self-starter who can work autonomously, managing projects end-to-end, including budget, timelines and deliverables

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to identify performance trends and  opportunities with examples of measurement across influencer campaigns

  • Experience working with junior team members to mentor and scale projects

  • Ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally is key

Nice-to-have
