Want to build the next affiliate program success story?

We’re looking for someone obsessed with TikTok, creators, and growth to run one of the fastest growing influencer and affiliate programs in ecommerce.
🚀 About Hadley Designs

Hadley Designs is one of the fastest growing ecommerce brands on Amazon, Shopify and TikTok Shop, with over $18M in sales and hundreds of products that inspire moms, teachers, and families every day. We’re scaling quickly, and TikTok is our next big growth engine.

Our affiliate community is already buzzing with thousands of creators posting content, and now we’re looking for an influencer and affiliate program manager to take our creator program to the next level.

This is not a “sit back and maintain” role. You’ll be in the trenches testing hooks, coaching creators, running live trainings, and building systems that help stay at home moms, teachers, and side hustlers succeed as creators, while driving our TikTok Shop & Shopify sales to $1M/month and beyond.

🌟 What You’ll Do

Your Big Rocks (20% – highest leverage work):

  • Drive Creator Posts: Ensure 250+ new creators post weekly and re-engage inactive ones.
  • Create Viral Hooks & Scripts: Develop and share 3+ new hook/script combos weekly to drive repeatable virality.
  • Grow VIPs: Help top creators hit $5K+ GMV and achieve ≥10% month-over-month growth.

Your Regular Work (80% – ongoing responsibilities):

- Host weekly live trainings for creators (record and repurpose into email newsletter content).

- Increase adoption of our Skool creator community, ensuring 25%+ of new creators complete a module.

- Run contests and challenges to keep creators posting consistently.

- Support VIPs with coaching, contests, and feedback to maximize performance.

- Monitor dashboards, re-activate inactive creators, and share insights with our team.

- Collaborate cross functionally (marketing, design, supply chain) to align creator pushes with promotions and inventory.

What does success look like?

A successful Influencer and Affiliate Program Manager builds and scales a repeatable system that transforms new creators into high performing VIP affiliates. They consistently drive 250+ new creator posts per week, develop and distribute high converting viral hooks and sales scripts, and coach creators through a clear progression system, starting in Skool and graduating into the VIP program after crossing $5,000 in GMV.

They don’t just manage creators, they build an ecosystem that attracts, trains, activates, and retains the right creators. They launch product specific promotions, and consistently help top creators grow their GMV month over month. They obsess over what’s working, refine what isn’t, and scale creator success across the board.

Success is measured by the depth and consistency of the affiliate pipeline, the number of new VIPs generated each month, the GMV growth of top creators, and the ability to drive system wide performance without constant hand holding. This role is not about volume alone, it’s about outcomes at scale.

👉 If you’re ready to build one of the most exciting creator programs on TikTok, apply today and let’s make it happen.
