The Inclusive Impact Catalyst program is designed for underrepresented entrepreneurs in tech, offering coaching, workshops, and support to become capital-ready.
Applications are open for the next Inclusive Impact Catalyst (IIC) cohort — a free advisory program designed to help underrepresented tech and tech-enabled entrepreneurs in Denver become capital-ready. Participants receive hands-on support with business assessments, business plan refinement, pitch deck preparation and leadership development. Attached is an overview of the IIC’s curriculum.
Q2 2026 Cohort Details
April 9 - June 18, 2026
In-person meetings every other week from 4:00–6:00pm (Note: the April 9 kickoff runs until 7:00pm)

Participant Eligibility / Applicants must:
- Be physically located and actively operating in the City & County of Denv er
- Be registered and in good standing with the Colorado Secretary of State
- Operate in a tech or tech-enabled sector (software, hardware, networking, internet-based innovation, etc.)
- Be compliant with all local, state, and federal laws
- Note: due to federal funding, retail or wholesale cannabis businesses are not eligible
