What we’re looking for 🔍
Are you ready to shape the future of Inclusion and Impact at Pax8? This is a Remote role (or Hybrid if you live in or near our HQ in DENVER CO 🏔️).
This s a brand-new, exciting position🚨 We need an Inclusion and Impact Director who will build and implement a global strategy to enhance diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) while driving meaningful social impact.
As we continue our rapid growth 🚀, this role will be the voice and face of internal and external DEI and Social Impact initiatives, ensuring alignment with Pax8’s mission and business goals.
As the Inclusion and Impact Director, you'll be for the architect of our Inclusion and Impact (I&I) strategy, collaborate across cross-functional teams, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and regional partners to embed an inclusive culture throughout our organization. Additionally, you will serve as a spokesperson for Pax8’s DEIB efforts, engaging with executive leadership, the press, industry groups, and community organizations.
How you'll make an impact 💥
- Develop and execute global strategies to advance inclusion, equity, and social responsibility within Pax8 and its extended network.
- Create and recommend specific solutions (products, programs, or initiatives) to execute this strategy.
- Evaluate and enhance current initiatives (ERGs, Beyond Partnership, Volunteering, Emergent Campus) for strategic fit while maintaining rigorous program delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ERGs and regional leadership, to integrate DEIB initiatives into business operations.
- Operationalizing the strategy across all facets of the People Team model.
- Serve as an internal and external advocate for Pax8’s I&I strategy, engaging with executive leaders, industry stakeholders, media, and community partners 🎙️.
- Drive measurable social impact programs that align with Pax8’s values and business objectives.
- Secure TA and BP partnership with jointly-defined KPIs to integrate I&I practices into their business-as-usual processes.
- Ensure compliance with DEIB-related regulations and best practices.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of DEIB initiatives and social impact programs, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with company goals.
- Personally manage our Rural Empowerment economic development program at the Emergent Campus in Florence, CO.
- Foster an inclusive workplace culture that supports diverse talent recruitment, retention, and career development.
What you'll bring 🔑
- Proven experience in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Social Impact leadership, in a global 🌍 or multi-regional organization.
- Strong strategic thinking and execution skills, with a track record of delivering measurable business value through DEIB and social impact initiatives.
- Designed or participated in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs that impacted global offices—such as creating and forming employee resource groups (ERGs) that cater to multiple geographies.
- Strong experience with building strategy from ideation and creation to implementation and scale.
- Creating how we'll measure success: Defining target metrics for people and business impact.
- Excellent communication, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement abilities 🎙️.
- Experience collaborating with ERGs, executive teams, and cross-functional business units.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment with dotted-line collaboration.
- Knowledge of DEIB regulations, best practices, and industry trends.
- Passion for fostering an inclusive and impactful workplace culture.

Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $132,000 to $165,000, or more depending on experience.
