Essential Job Functions

  • Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards to track SLA performance, incentive throughput, backlog volume, revenue timing, and cycle times
  • Analyze operational and automation-generated data to detect revenue leakage, process delays, inefficiencies, and performance bottlenecks
  • Monitor incentive program performance across multiple states and program types (e.g., RECs, PBIs, rebates)
  • Deliver recurring reports and insights for business reviews, executive updates, and operational leadership
  • Prepare internal and external slide decks to communicate key insights, updates, and performance summaries
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product, and executive teams to forecast capacity and support effective resource prioritization
  • Lead or support discrete projects and initiatives (e.g., backlog reduction, REC registration sprint, process audits)
  • Support new program rollouts, including workflow mapping, documentation, and project tracking
  • Update trackers and program dashboards to monitor progress against goals and deadlines
  • Assist with time-sensitive tasks such as REC and state incentive submissions, internal process audits, or cross-functional initiatives
  • Contribute to the documentation of SOPs and internal knowledge for team continuity and onboarding
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in operations analysis, business intelligence, project coordination, or a similar analytical role

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (including pivot tables), SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Sigma
  • Strong analytical thinker with a bias for action—able to turn complex data into actionable insights and clear recommendations
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities concurrently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident creating executive-facing slide decks and communicating data insights
  • Comfortable working independently and navigating ambiguity, while collaborating effectively across departments
  • Demonstrated interest in clean energy, incentive programs, or operational excellence a plus
  • Bonus: experience with Salesforce or similar platforms, and familiarity with energy incentives (RECs, PBIs, etc.)
