Liquibase is looking for a fast-moving, conversion-focused Inbound Sales Development Representative to turn inbound interest into pipeline. You’ll follow up on high-intent form submissions, qualify prospects against our ICP, and book discovery meetings with our sales team. You’ll also support outreach to strategic target accounts as needed to drive pipeline growth.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Follow up on inbound form submissions within 5 minutes or less
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls with the appropriate AE
  • Book at least 20 completed meetings per month and generate 10 qualified opportunities
  • Maintain a meeting completion rate of 90%+ and SQL-to-QSO conversion of 50%+
  • Support strategic outbound plays to ICP accounts as needed
  • Keep CRM and campaign tools (Hubspot) clean and up to date
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve lead handoffs and qualification
  • Provide clear feedback on lead quality, messaging, and objections
Must Haves:
  • 3–8 months of SDR experience in B2B tech, with a track record of high performance
  • Proven ability to book 1–2 meetings per day from inbound or warm leads
  • Comfortable with lead response SLAs and hitting daily activity targets
  • Coachable and process-driven, follows scripts, absorbs training, and adjusts quickly
  • Strong communication skills, confident on the phone, and clear in writing
  • Motivated by career growth, ownership, and earning potential
  • Able to work independently in a high-velocity, remote-first environment
Nice to Haves:
  • Experience using Hubspot, Salesforce, Outreach, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with ICP targeting and basic qualification frameworks
  • Exposure to DevOps, developer tooling, or data engineering buyers
  • Interest in progressing into closing or strategic sales roles
