Converting quality inbound leads into long-term clients
Leveraging technology to streamline the sales and service process
Providing strategic risk management advice that delivers real value to clients
Meeting and exceeding personal production goals
3+ years of commercial insurance experience directly advising clients
Advanced understanding of commercial insurance markets nationwide
Deep knowledge of carrier appetites and relationships across multiple states
Strong analytical skills to evaluate leads against carrier appetites and risk preferences
Demonstrated ability to pre-qualify opportunities efficiently
Proficiency in completing Acords and Supplemental Applications
Strong technical aptitude and comfort with digital communication tools
Property & Casualty License
Experience working in a technology-driven environment
Excellence in consultative selling and relationship building
Self-motivated with a proven ability to manage time effectively
Experience with lead management and qualification systems
Comfort with virtual meeting platforms and digital communication tools
Experience with agency management systems and digital workflows
Ability to adapt to new technology platforms quickly
Understanding of digital marketing and lead nurturing processes
Proficiency in remote client engagement and relationship building
