Help Schools Build Stronger Social and Emotional Learning Programs

Harmony Academy is seeking a passionate and relationship-focused Implementation Specialist to support K-12 schools, districts, and educational organizations in successfully implementing our Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) solutions. This role combines professional learning, coaching, customer success, and strategic partnership management to help educators create positive outcomes for students.

As an Implementation Specialist, you will serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, guiding school and district partners through onboarding, implementation, training, coaching, and ongoing engagement. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, school leaders, and educators to ensure partners receive exceptional support and achieve their implementation goals.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary implementation and training partner for assigned K-12 school and district accounts.
• Deliver engaging professional learning experiences virtually and onsite for educators, administrators, and district leadership teams.
• Create and manage implementation plans aligned with partner goals and contract commitments.
• Conduct training sessions, coaching, modeling, consultation, and ongoing support to promote effective program implementation.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with school and district stakeholders.
• Partner with Account Executives to support partner success, renewals, and growth opportunities.
• Facilitate professional learning communities, train-the-trainer sessions, workshops, conferences, and regional events.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and implementation data.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of professional learning content, training materials, certifications, and user resources.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and engagement metrics.
• Contribute to a growing community of practice centered on equity, student success, and SEL excellence.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of coaching, mentoring, facilitation, training, or professional development experience.
• Strong K-12 education experience (required).
• Experience delivering presentations, workshops, or professional learning to adult learners.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and partner relationships simultaneously.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education or a related field.
• Five (5) or more years of K-12 teaching experience.
• Experience with Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) programs and implementation.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional best practices.
• Experience in educational consulting, instructional coaching, district support, or professional learning.
• Project management experience.
• Experience working in technology-enabled learning environments.
