What you’ll do
  • 🎯 Design and deliver bespoke online training sessions for teachers and students

  • 🌍 Run engaging virtual sessions in Spanish.

  • 🧠 Develop a deep understanding of Kognity’s platform and how it supports IBDP and IGCSE

  • 📈 Collect user feedback and use data to improve future sessions

  • 🤝 Work closely with the User Education Manager to improve onboarding and training

Note: This is a freelance contractor role (10–20 hours/month), not a salaried or benefits-eligible position. You’ll work with us on an ad hoc, project basis and invoice for your time. We are open to people based in the Americas.

What we’re looking for
  • 🧑‍🏫 Experience teaching the IBDP or IGCSE curriculum - this is essential

  • 🌐 Experience delivering engaging virtual training sessions

  • 💬 Fluency in Spanish - this is essential. Portuguese would be beneficial

  • 🔧 Comfortable using Zoom and Google Workspace

  • 🗓 Great time management and organisational skills

  • ❤️ A passion for digital teaching and learning
