Implementation Specialist Senior

Key Accountabilities

• Manage new and existing service requests for Treasury Management and Commercial Deposits products to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.

• Resolve complex customer issues by leveraging your expertise and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Mentor and train colleagues to enhance team performance and ensure consistent service delivery.

• Deliver virtual training sessions for new and existing clients, creating tailored materials and ensuring effective product adoption.

• Collaborate with IT, Product, and third-party vendors to identify, report, and resolve technical issues.

• Participate in testing and implementation of new products or enhancements, serving as a subject matter expert for user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Ensure compliance with bank policies and industry regulations to protect customers and mitigate risk.

• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency across implementation practices.

Education & Experience

Required:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, accounting, or related field

• 4+ years of experience in financial services, operations, or a call center environment

• Working knowledge of Treasury Management and other non-lending products

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting

• AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) certification (or ability to obtain within 2 years)
