The Implementation Specialist plays a critical role in delivering a seamless onboarding experience for golf courses and country clubs adopting the Teesnap Ecosystem. This role requires prior experience in golf operations and an understanding of how courses and clubs run day-to-day. The specialist will guide new customers through project coordination, data migration, system configuration, and end-user training, ensuring each client realizes value quickly and confidently.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Onboarding
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new golf course and club customers, from kickoff through go-live.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication to keep projects on track.
- System Configuration & Data Migration
- Configure tee sheet, POS, food & beverage, membership, and related modules to align with golf operation workflows.
- Perform and validate data migration to ensure accuracy and continuity for each customer.
- Training & Education
- Deliver product training tailored to the golf environment, pro shop, F&B, membership, and course operations.
- Provide resources, guides, and practical instruction to accelerate customer adoption and confidence.
- Cross-Team Collaboration
- Partner with Sales and Product teams to ensure smooth transitions and accurate scoping of customer needs.
- Provide feedback from implementations to influence product improvements and future onboarding efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to refining onboarding playbooks, templates, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to reduce time-to-value and increase long-term customer success.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Assist with support responsibilities as required.
- Aid in the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles.
- Golf operations experience required, familiarity with golf course workflows (tee sheet management, pro shop, food & beverage, memberships, or tournament operations).
- 2–5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, or project management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Technical aptitude with comfort in data migration, G-Suite, and system configuration.
- Prior role in golf course operations, golf management, or as a PGA Professional/Assistant Professional.
- Hands-on experience with golf technology platforms and/or golf point of sale software.
- Strong understanding of customer service and training delivery in a golf or hospitality environment.
- Demonstrated ability to balance technical details with practical golf operations knowledge.
