The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing enterprise-level client implementation projects from contract signature through to successful handover to Operations. Acting as the primary client contact during implementation, the Manager ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while aligning with client expectations and business objectives.
Implementation Project Managers work closely with Implementation Analysts, cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Product, Integration, Operations, Finance), and client project teams to ensure delivery quality and consistency. This role requires exceptional project management skills, customer-facing communication, and the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives across different time zones.
What a day in the life looks like:
Manage multiple client implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to quality standards
Develop and maintain project plans, including milestones, timelines, and resource allocation
Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on course
Manage scope changes and communicate impacts to timelines, budgets, and stakeholders
Serve as primary client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring a positive experience
Lead client meetings, including status updates, workshops, requirements gathering, and solution demos
Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Integration, Sales, and Finance teams to align on delivery, scope, and profitability
Support pre-sales activities by validating project scope, timelines, and pricing assumptions
Ensure smooth project handoff to Operations for ongoing support and success
Drive continuous improvement by refining implementation processes and sharing best practices globally
What you bring to the team:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field preferred
5+ years of project management experience, preferably in software/SaaS or enterprise solution delivery preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different geographies
Strong communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills
Experience working in client-facing roles with enterprise customers
Salary range $84,000 - 95,000 USD.
This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is based on evaluation during interview process, the candidates’ range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
