What Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Implementation Project Manager to lead deployments of our AI agents for healthcare organizations. You will manage the full lifecycle of implementing our AI solutions with enterprise healthcare clients, working with Solution Architects and Customer Success Managers from kickoff to growth phase. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of external, client-facing implementation project management experience, with a strong preference for those who have experience with Healthcare and/or SaaS offerings. This position will report to Hyro's Manager of Delivery.
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, demonstrated success in client-facing implementation projects
- Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to build trust with healthcare stakeholders
- Experience managing client expectations, scope changes, and escalations in complex projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools (e.g., Jira, Monday), and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience managing external delivery projects with enterprise clients.
- Experience with SaaS offerings.
- Experience in a healthtech company - a big advantage.
- Leverage exceptional documentation and organizational skills to manage client follow-ups and adhere to project timelines.
This is a hybrid role, with at least 3 days in the NYC office. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Offered rate of compensation (NY locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $120,000 annually. The range provided is for NY-based hires only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations other than NY may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
