The Implementation Project Manager will manage product deployment, communication with departments, and ensure successful client implementation, providing guidance and troubleshooting as needed.
Position Summary:
As an Implementation Project Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch implementation and ongoing managed services, training, and other professional offerings to both new and existing customers. You'll plan and manage the full life cycle of product deployment, studying client goals and requirements, observing company processes, identifying problems, and proposing solutions.
Expected Duties:
Problem Prediction: Anticipate potential issues within projects.
Goal Tracking: Assist in tracking company goals and timelines.
Documentation: Produce or improve project documentation.
Communication: Facilitate communication with various departments and senior roles.
Project Management: Create implementation strategies, set goals, create schedules, delegate tasks, and monitor progress.
Guidance and Troubleshooting: Provide guidance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Career Development: A career-development professional within the subject area.
Moderate Skill Set: Requires a moderate skill set and proficiency in the subject area.
Independent Judgment: Ability to conduct work assignments of increasing complexity under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in working with SQL, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
Teamwork and Flexibility: Teamwork attitude, flexibility, and ability to manage different responsibilities and priorities simultaneously.

Salary range of $81,700 - $91,000. [It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.] The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law including geographical location.
