  • Partner with clients and internal teams to align implementation plans with business objectives and long-term success metrics.

  • Anticipate and mitigate risks proactively, developing contingency plans and guiding cross-functional teams through critical issue resolution.

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration and information-sharing, navigating priorities across internal teams (engineering, product, customer success) and external stakeholders.

  • Contribute to process improvement and scalability, creating playbooks, templates, and best practices to enhance the implementation methodology.

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of experience in implementation/project management, preferably in healthcare/clinical trials and/or enterprise software, ideally involving the integration and use of large data sets

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven ability to develop and execute detailed project plans, define project scope, manage timelines, and ensure successful project delivery.

  • Experience using project management and product development tools (e.g., Monday.com/Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence).

  • Start-up work experience and/or desire, aptitude, and willingness to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes

  • High degree of responsiveness, reliability, accountability and integrity.

  • Adaptability and a growth mindset: The AI field is rapidly evolving, so a willingness to learn new technologies and approaches is essential.

  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of interoperability between health system EHRs and 3rd party applications, including but not limited to: HL7, FHIR APIs, and electronic data warehouse extracts

  • Familiarity with SQL for running existing queries and making minor modifications.
